Sonarr's 'Quick Import' is supposed to auto-import files downloaded via other channels that the Download Clients configured in settings. You can not have more than 3 items per line.Scan video files and submit them to import into Sonarr & Radarr, Drone-factory style. Full width items can not be used in a multi-line layout.

In Sonarr click Settings → Connect → + → Webhook (Note that: the Sonarr Developers refuse to add Notifiarr as a native connection) and the instructions are below on what information to use. This integration allows for notifications from Sonarr using the connect for Webhooks.
